Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress. She portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character in The 10th episode of Roseanne and the spinoff The Conners. Kenney is an New York City resident born in 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer), are her parents. Emma Kenney is born the same place in the same city as Emmy Rossum. The actress was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 has a role as sassy mother Debbie in the cult Showtime TV series Shameless. Although she was raised in New York, she was able to spend the bulk of her childhood years living in Garden State. Kenney was also famous for playing Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
